The Academy is the educational division of The Lab. It is where the methodologies developed through Irina Fain’s research and clinical practice are structured into teachable, transmissible frameworks.
This is not a course catalog. It is a training program for the architecture of perception. Every module is designed to give the student not just knowledge, but a new operating lens — a permanent upgrade to how they process reality.
CURRICULUM DOMAINS
Spiral Dynamics. Not as a personality classification system, but as a frequency architecture for understanding how individuals and collectives evolve through stages of consciousness. At The Academy, Spiral Dynamics is taught as a navigational instrument — a map of the consciousness landscape that reveals where you are, where you’ve been, and what becomes available next.
The Enneagram as Topology. The nine types are not personality labels — they are topological configurations of consciousness. Each type represents a specific geometric distortion in the perceptual field. Understanding your type means understanding the shape of your particular inversion.
NLP Master Frameworks. Meta-programs, sub-modalities, linguistic presuppositions, Milton Model, Meta Model — taught not as sales techniques but as the molecular syntax of human consciousness.
Neurogeometry. The mathematics of perception. How the brain constructs geometric representations of experience and how those geometries can be consciously edited.
FORMAT
Video series. Live intensives. Written frameworks. One-on-one mentorship for advanced practitioners. The Academy serves both individual seekers and professionals who wish to integrate ExNTER methodologies into their own practice.
