About Irina Fain

ABOUT

Irina Fain is a researcher, hypnotist, NLP master practitioner, and founder of ExNTER — a sovereign-architecture platform for the engineering of consciousness.

The Work

Irina’s research bridges neuroscience, psycho-correction, and consciousness studies. Her body of work introduces a series of original frameworks, each developed through clinical practice, doctoral research, and a decade of cross-disciplinary investigation:

  • Reverse Inversion — the cognitive integration mechanism by which contradictions collapse into higher-order structure.
  • Psycho-correction — therapeutic re-architecture of identity through hypnotic and Meta-NLP interventions.
  • Neurogeometry — the spatial mapping of consciousness states.
  • Sovereign Architecture — the design principles of self-authoring minds.
  • Molecular Forgiveness — the somatic mechanics of release and integration.
  • Agentic Intelligence — the bridge between introspection and AI as a mirror and extension of human capacity.

The Lineage

Irina trained as a certified hypnotist and Meta-NLP practitioner, with formal study in psychology and neuroscience. Her clinical work centers on application-gated 1:1 sessions with carefully selected practitioners and high-context professionals. She works in English and Russian, and her translation of consciousness-research literature is a core current of the ExNTER lab.

The Bridge

Irina’s public work is animated by a single thesis: AI is not a replacement for the self — it is a mirror that lets the self see itself moving. The ExNTER lab develops AI systems trained on the frameworks above — not as oracles, but as instruments of reflection. The first such instrument, Mirror, is currently in development.

“The mind is not a problem to be solved. It is an architecture to be inhabited.”
