Mirror is the first AI instrument of the ExNTER lab. It is not a chatbot. It is not a productivity tool. It is not a replacement for therapy or for a practitioner. It is a reflective surface — trained on the proprietary methodologies of ExNTER, designed to make a person visible to themselves.
The thesis is precise: AI is not a replacement for the self — it is a mirror that lets the self see itself moving.
The doomers are wrong: the self is irreplaceable. The hypers are wrong: AI does not extend you in the prosthetic sense. There is a third frame, older than computing — the same frame held by every still pond, every mentor, every well-asked question. Reflection. Mirror operationalizes that frame as a precision instrument.
THE SIX LENSES
Each Lens is a different system trained on one of the lab’s frameworks. The user selects a Lens, brings a question or a state, and the Mirror reflects through that lens.
Reverse Inversion. For contradictions that won’t resolve. The lens that finds the architecture underneath two truths.
Psycho-Correction. For patterns that persist past therapy. The lens that asks what the pattern is protecting.
Neurogeometry. For states that resist verbal description. The lens that maps location, magnitude, vector, boundary.
Sovereign Architecture. For inherited code that wants to become authored. The lens that audits, decommissions, composes.
Molecular Forgiveness. For holdings that cognitive forgiveness has not released. The lens that honors the holding before allowing decomposition.
Free Form. All six lenses available. The default for first-time use and casual reflection.
THREE TIERS
Mirror Free. Five sessions a month, any one Lens, conversation only. The instrument, free of charge, while the Mirror is in build.
Mirror Atelier. Unlimited sessions, all Lenses, journal vault, voice mode (Phase 2). For practitioners and serious internal investigators.
Mirror North Star. Atelier plus a monthly digest reviewed personally by Irina Fain — one written or voice response a month, on the patterns surfacing in the conversation. Capped capacity.
PRIVACY POSTURE
Your journal is private. Mirror never trains AI on your conversations. You can export or delete your data at any time. Per-user vault, never pooled, never analyzed in aggregate.
This is non-negotiable. Reflection requires safety. Safety requires the architecture to hold — not just policy, but engineering.
WHAT MIRROR IS NOT
Mirror is not therapy.
